Rentals:

  • Hall Rentals
    $750.00 (100 – 150 guests)
    $500.00 (150 – 200 guests)
    $250.00 (200 – 250 guests)
  • Chair Covers
    $3.00 – $6.00 per cover

Terms & Conditions:

  • $1000.00 deposit due at time of contract signing
  • 50% of invoice due 14 days prior to event
  • Remainder of invoice due day of event
  • Visa & MasterCard Accepted (2% service charge)

Events Room

Our facilities offer two banquet rooms
to choose from, these include:

  • Salon A – Our main ballroom with decorative carpet and marble floors, large oak bar area and majestic chandelier equipped for seating up to 330 guests.
  • Salon B – Our smaller banquet room can accommodate up to 90 guests.
  • We also have other private rooms throughout the city that can accommodate up to 40 guests for more intimate gatherings such as Bridal Showers, Christenings and Rehearsal Parties.

Here are the available rooms that we have here Tony’s Banquet Centre:

Salon A

  • This is our main room that has marble floors and a decorative carpet. It can accommodate up to 330 guests. It is perfect for big events such as conferences, wedding receptions, or even a press junket.  

Salon B

  • This is our small banquet room that can accommodate up to 90 guests. It is perfect for a small wedding reception or a birthday celebration. 

Private room A

  • This room can accommodate up to 40 that can hold intimate celebrations like bridal showers, christmas parties, christening, and meetings.

Bar and bat mitzvah

Celebrate child’s coming of age with us here at Tony’s Banquet Centre since we have one of the most secure places here in Canada. We can create the menu that you want for your child’s party depending on their wants and needs. 

You don’t have to worry about singing Nagila Hava and Hora hoisting the celebrant since we have a big space for everyone to do that.

Bar service

You can have the a Smart Serve certified bartender at your party along with our unlimited drinks for just $125.00 each (1 per 100 guests)

If you have guests that are non-alcoholic, then we also have non-alcoholic bar supplies like soft drinks, juices, ice, glasses for only $4.50 per guest. Our bartender will create mocktails for them. 

Hall rentals

Here is the prices for our hall rentals: 

  • $750.00 (100 – 150 guests)
  • $500.00 (150 – 200 guests)
  • $250.00 (200 – 250 guests)

Chair covers

If you have additional guests and their chairs need to have additional chairs, it will cost around $3.00 – $6.00 per cover. 

Terms and conditions

  • Clients must deposit $1000.00 time before signing the contract with the us. Only after the signing that our team will move. 
  • Clients must pay for the 50 percent of the total amount 14 weeks before the event and the full amount must be paid on the day itself. 
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard payment but we have a 2 percent service charge
  • We also accept bank transfers and cheques as a mode of payment
  • The contract can be terminated anytime if the client don’t cooperate properly with our staff
  • Additional guests are allowed but the client must inform our staff beforehand so we can prepare the chairs. 
  • If the client wants to cancel the reservation of the event place, they must notify our staff up until 24 hours before the event. 
  • The client will get the 75 percent of the initial deposit back if they cancel the event 3 days before the event. 
  • The refund process will take approximately from 7 to 30 days after the cancellation.
  • The client should take good care of the venue and won’t allow any damage to it. The client shall be the one who’ll shoulder any payment to any type of damage including accidents that will happen to the venue. 
  • The customer will be liable for any loss of personal belonging inside the venue.

Q: How late can we stay?

A: This will depend on how long you will rent the place but we have a cutoff for the consumption of alcohol to avoid any problem. But we allow our client to stay after their time for a little additional fee. 

Q: How many restrooms do you have?

A: Tony’s Banquet Centre has 12 restrooms that can be used by the guests. 

Q: Is your building wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, all of our places are friendly for any type of person 

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?

A: Yes, we allow our guests to bring their own alcohol to the venue but we require professional bartenders to serve to avoid overdrinking. 

Q: Can we hire a live band? 

A: Yes, we allow them. On the contrary we allow this. 

Q: Do you allow candles inside the venue? 

A: Yes, we do allow candles inside the venue. 

Q: Do you have any projectors or microphones? 

A: Yes, We do have them on stand-by if you need them for your event. You can rent it for a little fee. 

Q: Do we need to have event insurance? 

A: This will be a case by case basis and will depend on the event that you’ll have here at Tony’s Banquet Centre. 

Q: Are we allowed to smoke inside? 

A: No, We do not allow our guests to smoke inside the venue to prevent fire hazard. We have a smoking area outside the venue.
